I did it today, I cooked a real meal. I didn't make some chicken on the george foreman and make some mac and cheese. I made a real meal that baked in the oven, and I even had to go to the store to get ingredients. Now anyone who knows me, knows this is a huge deal, beacause I don't like to cook. I found a really good recipe online and even made mashed potatoes and cooked califlower and broccoli. And I baked some chocolate chip cookies. This was a huge day for me. Nic was throughly impressed, and ate a lot. The whole time saying how he couldn't believe I made that (I'm taking that as a compliment). He even made a leftover meal to take with him to work tonite, how cute is that? Hooray, I can cook, perhaps he won't starve once we're married after all! =)
